RE:ACTION ASSEMBLIES

Urban Improv’s Rehearsal for Life Assembly Program opens a dialogue and facilitates healthy discussions around difficult subjects. Curriculum spans 4th to 12th grade.

Our model promotes three key social emotional skills: social awareness, responsible decision-making and relationship skills. The intersection of Urban Improv’s interactive scenes and discussions reinforce pro-social behaviors while giving participants the opportunity to learn, reflect, practice and share.

The Urban Improv assembly gets a very positive response from both the students and the faculty. Urban Improv’s method allows our students to share their perspectives and participate in a fun, informative, and memorable way. They reference the assembly throughout the school year.

You are our favorite partnership. We have a lot of partners but this one is the best.

Urban Improv ignited a dialogue and students continued to discuss and dissect the dilemma after the assembly ended. To me, this is a sign of success.

FACULTY ASSEMBLIES

We also design workshops for school faculties that can be offered in tandem with student assemblies. Using Urban Improv’s unique format, these workshops provide faculty an opportunity to explore and discuss topics of particular interest or concern to a school community.
